We went here once because I was craving Thai food and we needed a date night. Since then we have ordered pick up from here for lunch on a work week three more times and every time it was amazing. They have Thai iced teas and Thai coffee comes with popsicles of frozen versions of themselves and it's super fun to stir with. If it hasn't all thawed by the time you leave they offer you a to go cup. It's super cute inside and everyone is super friendly and nice. Couldn't recommend more.

Well, I think I've just found the key to a perfect New Year's Eve--A Lot of Thai in Merrimack, NH. Who needs fireworks when you've got crab Rangoon, coconut shrimp, and fresh spring rolls, you know you're starting the evening right. Seriously, these appetizers are so good they could make even your New Year's resolutions look good. They never disappoint, and are exactly what you need to kick off an evening filled with way too much food (in the best possible way). For the main event, we went all in. Mango curry chicken, chicken pineapple, and spicy drunken noodles for the three of us--because if you're going to ring in the New Year, you might as well do it with bold flavors and leftovers for days. Spoiler alert: there were leftovers. And I'm not just talking about food; I'm talking about a highly satisfying aftertaste that lasts. These dishes are perfectly cooked--so flavorful you'll find yourself talking about them for days. Honestly, I could live off the drunken noodles alone. But let's not forget about the iced tea--and no, it's not just any iced tea. They serve it with a popsicle in it. I know, it's genius. A fun twist that's just clever enough to make you feel like you're having a party in your glass. It's refreshing, it's fun, and it's exactly the kind of drink that makes you think, "Why hasn't anyone else thought of this?" And while we're on the subject of greatness--let's talk about the cooks: they're clearly magicians. The service is warm and friendly, making you feel like part of the family, except without the awkward small talk. The ambiance? Beautiful chandeliers, soft lighting, and an overall vibe that makes you want to sit and savor every bite. It's a perfect place to celebrate any occasion--or just a random Tuesday. Prices are super reasonable, portions are generous, and honestly, I'll keep coming back until they retire (and even then, I'll probably send them thank-you cards). After two years of discovering this gem, I can confidently say that A Lot of Thai is the best Thai restaurant in New Hampshire. Thank you, A Lot of Thai, for making my New Year's Eve meal unforgettable--and for the popsicle in my iced tea. Here's to many more years of perfect food, perfect service, and perfect fun!

I utilized my femur bones located in my leg muscles to dine at this specific restaurant on the marrow of the morrow. The server utilized his vocal cords to speak to me in quite a kind helpful manner. I used my phranix to speak to the waiter and he used his ear canal to listen what I was speaking. I used my optic nerve to portray my order. I received the "egg fried rice" and "chicken satay". It was quite scrumptious to my taste buds and would like to consume it again.

Excellent food and drinks - Cocktails have an Asian twist to it, which tasted fantastic and was strong as well! Lot of great food options along with kid friendly, vegan friendly options. Amazing service - The staff is very polite, nice and the service is pretty fast. Ambiance - Beautiful, chic ambiance. They have a great bar seating too.

My wife and I came down from Brewer Maine to visit Merrimack for my birthday get away. We decided to try out A lot of Thai and we're not disappointed. The restaurant itself is beautiful with a very laid back and classy relaxed feel to it. The food is reasonably priced and comes out quickly but the quality isn't sacrificed to make this happen. The Maine crab ragoons are some of the best we've ever had and we frequent many Japanese, Chinese and Thai establishments. The filling is delicious and the wontons are krispy and come out hot with a great plum dipping sauce. I ordered the Khao soi Salmon because I'm a big fan of Thai curry and salmon. It was delicious and very filling. They give you a whole salmon filet in the curry. My wife and I enjoyed it so much we decided to come back to eat here for our second night in town. The servers are very polite and the overall check didn't break the bank. I couldn't recommend this restaurant more to people that like good quality Thai food and a first class dine in experience.

Just go. Everything is good. Drunken noodles is the goto but you can't go wrong with anything you order.

This used to be my fav thai restaurant in town! I went here alot, and my recent visit makes me think their dish quality have went down hill Walking into this restaurant, you will be welcomed with very nice lighting ambiance. I love the bar section here, very romantic. The waitress is also super nice and always make sure that your water is filled. If you come during dinner, I would recommend making reservation since this place can be crowded fast. I order my fav appetizer peanut with leafs( I forgot the name, it's the first one on the appetizer section) pad Thai and Tom yum noodle, Thai tea and mango sticky rice. Beside the appetizer and Thai tea, everything else was just too salty! To the point that we had to drink a lot of water and stop finishing the dish. The main course was just too salty when I visited that night. Everything else still as tasty as usual. I hope they will change back to how they used to seasoning their dishes.

The best Thai all around in Merrimack. I'm definitely one to think "this is too good to be true" when I try a restaurant serving cuisine that I I didn't expect to find in an area and so I will try it several times just to be sure. I'm now very confident there is something for everyone at A Lot of Thai. Besides the exceptional service and impressive atmosphere, the quality of ingredients I've found here has been unmatched in comparison to other businesses in the area. The dishes are authentic and made with your preference in mind. They are very customizable in the sense that you can make reasonable substitutions like "sub rice for veggies" or "no spiciness" or "extra spicy". I've just about had half of the menu. Not one dish has disappointed so far. The portions are wonderful, and the price point is right on. It's the perfect place to take your friends and family or even treat yourself on a solo date.

This was literally some of the best Thai food I've ever had, even besting Boston's finest! We absolutely loved the pad thai and duck noodle soup as we devoured every last morsel of our takeout meals. The Thai samosa had to be assembled yourself, which was a nice way to keep the shell crispy. The restaurant interior appeared clean and inviting and the host was very polite. I can't wait to eat here again!
